Proposed Rezoning & Subdivision of Erf 10373, Glendirk Farm, Constantia
The Glendirk Estate (Pty) proposes to rezone and subdivide eight erven off the parent erf (i.e. Erf 10373, Glendirk Farm off Klaasens Road, Constantia) for the construction of eight single Residential Dwellings. There will be three development precincts. Each Erf would be approximately 6 500 m2 in extent and will be up to two storeys in height. All units will be served with standard urban engineering services (i.e. water, sewerage, stormwater and electricity).
Glendirk Estate (Pty) has appointed Ninham Shand Consulting Services to assist them in complying with the requisite Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the proposed project.
Current Project Phase
The final Basic Assessment Report (BAR) for the aforementioned project has been completed.
