Construction Of Causeway For The Reinstatement Of River Crossing On Main Road 322, Barrydale

Department of Transport and Public Works: Western Cape Provincial Administration proposes to construct a new crossing of a tributary of the Brandrivier, at km 28.8 east of Barrydale, by replacing a section of the existing MR322 gravel road. This infrastructure aims to avoid continued damage by winter flood events to this section of the road. Ninham Shand Consulting Services has been appointed to undertake the required environmental authorisation process.
